One of eleven Apollo IEs in existence, sitting in a Pebble Beach lodge driveway under flat marine-layer light. Naked gloss carbon everywhere, red-lipped centerlocks over Michelin slicks, and that insect-like split rear wing feeding a naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 that spins to 9,000 rpm. Shot head-on as it sat, then low on the front fender, tight on the quad-vent rear deck, and in profile against the cypress with an orange Senna GTR for company.
